FAQ

 

What services do you provide? 

Regular weekly and fortnightly cleaning, laundry and/or ironing. We also offer one-off cleaning such as end-of-tenancy, builders and deep cleans. 

Office and Holiday Home cleaning are also available 

How do you select your Cleaning Crew? 

90% of applicants are rejected as a direct result of our rigorous vetting process. Candidates must attend in person to collect an application form and meet us face to face. 

We do not interview until we have checked references and right to work in the UK. At interview every candidate is further required to sign an agreement to be DBS checked and are added to our roster following introductory training and initial supervised working. 

Do I get the same cleaner on the same day with a regular clean? 

We appreciate the importance of getting to know your cleaner and we will endeavour to send you the same cleaner or crew. In circumstances of sickness or absence we may, from time to time, cover the job with other cleaners but we try and keep this to a minimum 

Are your Cleaning Crew insured? 

We are required by law to carry both Public Liability and Employers liability insurance to protect both our staff and customers from damage, loss or injury. Certificates are available for inspection at our office. 

How do you ensure that the cleaning remains of a high standard? 

All Cleaning Crew receive training in Cleaning Principles and Practice in the induction phase of their employment with us. In addition to that we have Crew Managers and Supervisors who regularly randomly inspect the quality of the work to ensure it meets the standard we have promised and that customers expect. 

Do cleaners do ironing and laundry? 

At the recuitment phase each cleaner is given the options of being rostered for Cleaning, Laundry and Ironing. The majority select all three. If you need either of these included in your contract then just let us know. 

How long will it take to allocate my cleaner? 

We allow up to 10 days to allocate a cleaner although very often it can be done much faster. In the case of a regular clean we take longer to identify the cleaner so that we match the right person to the job. One-off cleans can usually be allocated much quicker. 

What tasks will my cleaner do? 

Cleaning crew are insured for any cleaning activity within your home or premises. They are not covered for any outdoor cleaning work. 

How do I pay my invoices? 

We prefer payment for regular cleans by Direct Debit but we also offer Bank Transfer, Standing Order and Credit/Debit Card payment. Just ask at our office 

Do You Supply Cleaning Materials? 

This is one of our options. Many clients prefer us to use their own materials and we are happy to do so. We can also include our own eco-friendly cleaning products in your contract. We are bleach-free but will use bleach or bleach-containing products by special request. 

Do all of your cleaners speak English? 

Yes. Fluency in English is mandatory for Cleaning Crew
